We are pleased to welcome Valorie Taylor to her new role as Regional Sales Manager for the State of Texas, jointly representing the region with Regional Sales Manager Von Beals. Valorie brings to the sales team over 15 years of Public Safety experience, both in PSAP operations and management, and coordination of 9-1-1 activities at the regional level. Prior to 3 successful years as a Positron Project Manager, Valorie managed the San Marcos PD 9-1-1 Center in San Marcos, Texas, and was a Systems Analyst with the Capital Area Planning Council in Austin, Texas. Her activities included wireless 9-1-1 implementation, ALI database, and instructing State of Texas telecommunicator certification courses and other curriculum. She is a certified Emergency Number Professional (ENP), and has served on a variety of groups and committees. "I'm very excited about this opportunity to continue working with the industry leader.
