Positron is pleased to announce the Release to Manufacturing of Service Pack 3 for Power MIS 3.0. This new release, available on all new systems and to Software Evergreen customers, adds the following new features and enhancements: Emergency Event Reports Optimized for faster report generation. Emergency Event report now shows summary information of all the calls and/or responses associated to an incident. For detailed information, user may run a detailed report for the item(s) of interest (calls, incidents and/or responses). 9-1-1 Call Handling Reports (calls/incidents) Added "Incident type" column to the Call information. This allows Power 911 sites using the toolbar panel for call tagging to generate reports on specific incident type(s) such as car accident, fire, subject stop, prank calls, information calls, wrong numbers, ... Incident Sequence Number (displayed ID) field data added to the Incident Summary report List. This new field is also shown in the Result Browser. The Call Details report includes a new section that highlights ALI content changes for calls including multiple ALI re-bid. This is primarily of interest with regards to Phase II wireless calls where X/Y coordinates are subject to change. Optimized for faster generation of Call reports based on Line, Line Group, Trunk, Trunk Group, Agent, Agent Group. When filtering on specific items, reports now show only the included items, reducing the length of the reports. Selected items for which no data is found are discarded from the report. Calling Party Information (CPI) address data added to the Incident detail report when available. New report added on Power 911 agent-generated Message Board messages. The report can be filtered on timestamp, priority level (Urgent/Normal) and originators. Works with Power 911 Version 4.21 SP2 or higher. Dispatch Reports (incidents/responses/resources) Additional Dispatch reports: Agent Activity Summary (short version) Response Summary, a different view of response activities detailing notes (Q&As) captured during handling Responses Summary List where more than one resource has been dispatched "Resource Activity Grouped by Shift" Report - Now shows the Resource Vehicle rather than the Affected Person's vehicle implicated in the Response Additional filters 'Resource' and 'Resource Type' for the "Response Volume per Range of Status Duration Time" CAD report. AdHoc Reports To improve clarity, historical changes have been removed from the AdHoc report on configuration data. Only the current settings are shown on the report. Support for Microsoft Windows 2003 Server (SP1) SP3 for MIS 3.0 adds compatibility with the Microsoft Windows 2003 Server (w/SP1) operating system.
