Positron Annual Conference (PAC 2006) which concluded October 27th 2006, was an uncompromising success for all who attended.

Focusing on the mission statement of PAC, to Listening, Learning and Leading, Positron brought its product management team, support engineering team, customer service and service account manager personnel to the conference to enable direct lines of communication with our customers and end users.

Spanning three days, participants were providing intensive training on call taking, computer aided dispatching, mapping and records management. Each session was heavily attended and ran well past the scheduled times.

Positron learned as much from our customers as they learned from us, and given us great insight into where our solutions and services need to evolve to meet customer expectations.

PAC is also a great event to build new relationships and refresh old acquaintances. The relaxed environment allowed many conversations to be carried out in a free exchange of ideas and information.
