In parallel with the material investments we have made over the past year, we are investing in our most valuable asset: our people. We have strengthened our management layer by adding several key leaders. We're pleased to introduce Joe Raposa, our new Director of Maintenance; Beth Ann Meek, our new Director of Project Management; Tom Marquis as our VP of Data Applications Deployments; and Richard Savoie as our Director of Call-taking deployment. Combined, these individuals have over 75 years of experience in the Public Safety industry. Their mission: to ensure your Customer Service experience is bar none! In addition, our new call-center facility has its unique "EOC Style" setting - you're under our constant watch as our technicians can view the customer base and trouble ticket status on their giant 60" screens. Every call is answered, recorded and monitored to ensure unsurpassed quality. Finally, our dual call center design allows us to automatically route all calls between the centers, ensuring uninterrupted service. The journey to customer service excellence will continue.
