Patients Module

Scheduling Module

The Scheduling module tracks shift and staff schedules up to 400 days into the future:
Includes a programmable shift calendar
Click on a day to see a list of those scheduled to work, on overtime and on leave
Open related overtime and leave records for any given date
Schedule leave and overtime into the future
Verify and track leave and overtime worked during a shift
Tracks personnel available to work
Track assigned tasks and activities by the day and by station
Enter shift changes to automatically see view rosters for future dates

Equipment Module

The Equipment module tracks the fire department's vehicle fleet, equipment, maintenance, hose hydrants and supplies
Fleet tracks detailed information about each vehicle
User-defined fields appear and disappear as needed
All Fleet and Equipment modules relate to detailed Maintenance records
Hose tracks the testing and repair of every hose in fire department inventory
Hydrants track hydrant maintenance and repair,
Hydrants includes flow calculations for flow at 20 psi
Supplies tracks expendables inventory, assignment and use

Exports Module

When network resources are limited the Exports modules offers options for transferring records between applications in remote locations
Manages both automatic and manual record transfers
Works with Incidents, Apparatus, Patients and Training
Allows automatic record transfers when network is usually available
Allows push-button exports for dial-up networking
