Please Note: All Classes begin at 9:00 AM Local Time. Positron reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes up to two weeks prior to the class start date. Registered attendees may cancel their class registration up to one day prior to class. Any registered attendee who does not show up to class, without cancelling, will be charged the full price of the course.

M100 System Administration

M100 centers on the configuration of Power 911, Power MAP and Power MIS. By the end on this course the learners will have configured a Positron 911 system and used the software as a dispatcher would on site. This is also an excellent class for PSAP supervisors, or administrators, who require more in-depth training than what is offered on-site.

M400 provides the opportunity to dig deeper into system troubleshooting using logs, diagnostic tools and failure analysis. By the end of this course the learner will have used real life system failures to perform symptom recognition and corrective maintenance.
