Advanced Replacement (excluding IWS Hardware)

The Advanced Replacement offering allows users to receive a Life Line 100 or IAP Plus component that may not be part of their Emergency Kit during the following business day after the request was made. This offering does not intend to replace the need for an Emergency Kit on site, but rather to cover other components of the system that are not part of the emergency kit.

Advanced Replacement (IWS Workstation, Server HW and Simon)

The Advanced Replacement offering allows users to receive an IWS or Simon component that may not be part of their Emergency Kit during the following business day after the request was made. This offering does not intend to replace the need for an Emergency Kit on site, but rather to cover other components of the system that are not part of the emergency kit.

Advanced Replacement (Power RADIO)

The Advanced Replacement offering allows users to receive a Power RADIO component that may not be part of their Emergency Kit during the following business day after the request was made. This offering does not intend to replace the need for an Emergency Kit on site, but rather to cover other components of the system that are not part of the emergency kit.
